The Barossa Trust book was a concept publication presented to Barossa Tourism in 2017. There were several concept covers designed, one, featuring the trust mark 300gsm cover with uv varnish over the trust mark. The paper selected was a gloss, a matt varnish would be applied to the black area to enhance the UV gloss varnish applied to the trust mark. The other cover featured here would have a dye cut centre highlighting the trust mark.

The book was to be used to publicise and honour the businesses that hold the Barossa Trust Mark. The trust mark and recognises and celebrates excellence in food, wine and tourism offerings from across the Barossa region. It is a sign of authenticity and the mark of a genuine Barossa product or experience.
